Framing Elevation & Building Elevation vice versa

Hi all.,

   We can change the interior elevation tool to building elevation tool as follows..,

  To create framing elevation, we should have a grid before creating framing elevation. .

Take interior elevation as follows.
Make sure Attach to Grid is checked in option bar, Then it takes the interior elevation option.

                               

Again take interior elevation as follows.
Make sure Attach to Grid is not checked in option bar, Then it takes the building elevation option automatically without changing to building elevation tool.

Fabrication Part in Revit MEP 2016 version

Hi all.,

      In Revit 2016 the fabrication part for System work was included. Their is no need of exporting the MEP Project to other fabrication softwares, Autodesk provides different Fabrication part plugins for Revit 2016 software as follows,

 

Fabrications for HVAC design, Electrical design, Plumbing design,..

Several versions of plugins are available at Autodesk website itself, simply download and click seetings and follow the below screen shot.,

Eg.- Hangers for Cable tray.,

Eg.- Hangers for Duct work.,

Plumbing fixtures and piping connections.,

more and more available in Fabricaiton part in Revit 2016......
